Key Responsibilities:
- Motivate and lead a team to achieve work output targets for productivity, quality, and customer/provider satisfaction.
- Implement innovative strategies to improve efficiency and customer service within the pre-authorization and care coordination process.
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities and share ideas for innovation in business processes.
- Ensure strong employee engagement through oversight, motivation, conflict management, training, and performance management.
- Interpret and review reporting and data, identifying trends and quantifying operational impacts.
- Foster proactive and effective business relationships both internally and externally to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle complex cases, complaints, and financial verification, conducting root cause analysis and reporting as required.
Your Profile:
- Minimum of three years of experience in an operational team.
- Active language knowledge of at least English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in coaching, managing, developing, and motivating individuals.
- Proven track record in complaint management and improving customer service standards.
- Positive attitude towards change and the ability to play an active role in implementing change initiatives.
- Strong empathy, listening skills, and interpersonal abilities.
- Competency in building and leading a collaborative and innovative team.
- Action-oriented problem-solving skills and excellent organization and planning abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving desired outcomes and tracking progress.
