Registered Staff Nurse

Key Responsibilities

Support and mentor junior nursing staff, promoting teamwork, competency, efficiency, and professional integrity.
Ensure compliance with all nursing regulations, clinical protocols, and patient safety standards.
Adhere to the Nurses Act 1950 (Act 14) and Nurses Registration Regulations 1985.
Maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene, professional appearance, and workplace conduct.
Contribute to the promotion of the hospital’s services and brand through positive patient experiences and professional engagement.

Requirements
Registered as a General Nurse with the Malaysia Nursing Board.
Possess a valid and current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
Post Basic Nursing qualification is preferred.
Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to delivering quality patient care.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Comfortable using internet-based systems and healthcare technology platforms.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
