Job Description
Hibari Clinic is seeking an experienced and compassionate General Practitioner (GP) to provide comprehensive primary healthcare services. The successful candidate will diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions, promote preventive healthcare, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care
Conduct comprehensive medical consultations, physical examinations, and health assessments.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
Provide vaccinations, health screenings, and preventive care services.
Educate patients on nutrition, wellness, and disease prevention.
Medical Documentation:
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
Ensure compliance with medical regulations, clinical standards, and documentation requirements.
Emergency Management:
Assess and manage minor medical emergencies.
Stabilize patients and coordinate hospital referrals when necessary.
Care Coordination & Referrals:
Refer patients to specialists and allied healthcare providers as appropriate.
Coordinate follow-up care, diagnostic investigations, and treatment plans.
Collaborate closely with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
Health Promotion & Patient Advocacy:
Provide health education and preventive care counseling.
Support patients in understanding their medical conditions and treatment options.
Encourage healthy lifestyle modifications and self-care practices.
Professional Development:
Stay current with evidence-based medical practices and clinical advancements.
Participate in continuing medical education, peer reviews, and case discussions.
Qualifications
Malaysian citizen.
Bachelor’s Degree, Medical Degree (MD/MBBS), or equivalent professional qualification in Medicine.
Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) and registration with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in primary care, family medicine, or general practice.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Strong clinical, communication, and patient management skills.

Training Location: Mont Kiara HQ
Working Hours: 8-hour shift per day plus 1-hour meal break
Rotational shifts between 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM, depending on clinic roster and branch assignment
