Staff Nurse

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional nursing care and clinical support to patients in accordance with established healthcare standards and procedures.
Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and treatment progress accurately.
Assist doctors and healthcare professionals during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
Administer medications and treatments safely as prescribed.
Maintain accurate patient records, nursing documentation, and clinical reports.
Educate patients and family members regarding treatments, medications, and healthcare management.
Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and healthcare quality standards.
Respond effectively to patient needs and medical emergencies in a timely manner.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe clinical environment.

Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Nursing or related healthcare qualification.
Registered with the Nursing Board Malaysia and possess a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
Compassionate, patient-focused, and highly professional attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
