Ikonik Eye Specialist & General Health Centre Sdn Bhd is seeking dedicated, compassionate, and motivated individuals to join our team as a Clinical Assistant / Eye Care Associate. Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional patient care and ensure a positive patient experience throughout their healthcare journey.
Assist in conducting eye screenings and diagnostic assessments.
Support clinical operations and selected patient treatment procedures under supervision.
Maintain accurate patient records and uphold high standards of service quality.
Work towards individual and team performance targets with attractive incentive opportunities.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient patient management and clinic operations.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field; candidates with a healthcare or clinical background are preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and discipline.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills in patient management.
Caring, empathetic, and patient-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Willing to work on Saturdays as part of healthcare service commitments.
Willing to work 6 days per week during the probation period and 5 days per week upon confirmation.
