Job Description
iHEAL Medical Centre is seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Nurse to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, maintaining clinical standards, and ensuring a positive patient experience through compassionate and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Clinical Duties
Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with established clinical standards and protocols
Offer emotional support and reassurance to patients, considering both physical and psychological needs
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being at all times
Adhere to the Nurses Act 1950 (Act 14) and Nurse Registration Regulations 1985
Customer Service & Communication
Deliver excellent customer service with a professional and positive attitude
Communicate effectively and courteously with patients and families via phone, email, written correspondence, and in person
Provide accurate information and guidance regarding hospital services
Team & Professional Standards
Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming, and professional appearance
Lead by example in promoting professionalism and workplace discipline
Support team development to enhance competency, efficiency, and integrity
Foster strong relationships with colleagues and contribute to a collaborative work environment
Brand Representation
Represent and promote the hospital’s services and brand both internally and externally
Uphold the organization’s values and commitment to quality healthcare delivery
Requirements & Qualifications
Registered Nurse with post-basic qualification (preferred)
Registered with the Malaysia Nursing Board and holds a valid practicing certificate
Strong knowledge of clinical practices and patient care standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic internet usage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach
