We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and committed Registered Staff Nurse to join our professional healthcare team at Kensington Green Specialist Centre. Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Clinical Support
Deliver comprehensive and high-quality nursing care to patients while ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being throughout their healthcare journey.
Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and observe patient conditions to support timely medical interventions and treatment effectiveness.
Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures accurately in accordance with physician instructions and established clinical protocols.
Assist doctors and healthcare professionals during examinations, medical procedures, and patient management when required.
Patient Monitoring & Safety
Monitor patients closely for any changes in condition and respond promptly to emergencies or urgent medical situations.
Ensure adherence to patient safety measures, infection prevention practices, and healthcare quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment to support effective patient care delivery.
Documentation & Care Coordination
Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date nursing records, patient documentation, and treatment progress reports.
Collaborate effectively with doctors, specialists, and allied healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
Provide clear communication and guidance to patients and family members regarding treatment plans, medication, and recovery processes.
Professionalism & Continuous Development
Uphold professional nursing ethics, hospital policies, and healthcare regulations at all times.
Participate in continuous learning, professional development, and clinical competency programs to enhance nursing knowledge and expertise.
Contribute positively to departmental goals and support initiatives aimed at improving patient care quality and service excellence.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board (LJM).
Possess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
Candidates with Post Basic qualifications in Midwifery, Intensive Care, or Neonatal Nursing will have an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
