Job Description
Klinik Anda Balakong Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Resident Doctor to join our growing healthcare team. This role is ideal for a medical professional who is passionate about delivering comprehensive primary healthcare, maternal and child health services, and patient-centered medical care in a dynamic clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, evidence-based medical care while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and well-being.
Perform antenatal assessments and ultrasound scans with accuracy and professionalism.
Deliver comprehensive primary care services, including:
Maternal and child healthcare
Immunization and vaccination programs
Family planning services
Diagnosis and management of acute and chronic medical conditions
Prevention and management of non-communicable diseases (NCDs)
Assess, stabilize, and manage medical emergencies promptly and effectively.
Perform minor surgical procedures, including wound care, dressing, incision and drainage, and suturing.
Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive medical records in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
Uphold the highest standards of medical ethics, professionalism, and patient confidentiality.
Collaborate closely with nurses and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Keep up to date with the latest clinical guidelines, medical advancements, and healthcare regulations.
Participate actively in continuing medical education (CME), training programs, and professional development initiatives.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in primary care management and minor surgical procedures.
Experience in antenatal care and ultrasound scanning is an added advantage.
