Resident Doctor

We are seeking a dedicated Resident Doctor to join our team and deliver high-quality primary healthcare services in a dynamic clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage outpatient and acute medical conditions
Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all age groups
Perform minor procedures such as suturing and wound care
Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive care, and lifestyle management
Collaborate with nurses and clinic assistants to ensure efficient patient care

Doctors will have opportunities to expand skills in:

Minor surgical procedures and circumcision
Ultrasound (O&G, including 4D/5D)
Family planning (Implanon and contraceptive services)
Joint injections and pain management
Paediatric care and developmental monitoring
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: RM 9,000 – RM 12,000
Total Earnings: Up to RM 12,000 – RM 15,000 (including incentives)
Performance-based incentives (linked to patient volume and procedures)

Work Structure
Structured rotational shifts (day, evening, and night)
Fair and transparent distribution of night shifts
Average patient load: ~40 patients per shift
Strong support from trained nurses and clinic assistants

Requirements
MBBS / MD / MBBCh (recognized qualification)
Valid MMC registration and APC
Completion of compulsory service (KKM)
Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends
