Resident Doctor
Job Description
Klinik MyFamily is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Doctor to join our growing team in Kulai, Johor. In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary healthcare services, diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions, and deliver patient-centred care in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment. Doctors with an interest in antenatal care and paediatrics are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, examinations, and clinical assessments.
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and investigations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment and follow-up plans.
Provide health education, preventive care, and lifestyle counselling to patients.
Collaborate closely with nurses, sonographers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with clinical standards.
Comply with all medical regulations, ethical guidelines, and clinic policies.
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and clinical education activities.
Requirements
MBBS, MD, or an equivalent medical degree recognized in Malaysia.
Valid registration with the Malaysia Medical Council (MMC) and a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Practitioner in a clinical or healthcare setting.
Interest or experience in antenatal care and paediatric medicine is an advantage.
Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic, and patient management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills.
A positive team player who can work effectively with doctors across multiple clinic branches.
