Permanent Resident Doctor (RPG)

MM Care Group Sdn Bhd is looking for a dedicated and passionate Permanent Resident Doctor (RPG) to join its growing medical team across its Johor branches.

This is a full-time opportunity for a qualified medical professional who is committed to delivering quality primary healthcare and is looking to build a long-term career in general practice.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary healthcare and medical consultations to patients.
Assess patients’ medical conditions, symptoms and healthcare needs.
Diagnose and manage common medical conditions in accordance with established clinical standards.
Provide appropriate treatment, medical advice and follow-up care.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records.
Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and their families.
Promote preventive healthcare and patient education.
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
Participate in rotational shifts as required.
Maintain professional, ethical and clinical standards at all times.
Requirements
Registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
Possess a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
Strong passion and enthusiasm for General Practice.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Responsible, committed and professional approach to patient care.
Willingness to work on rotational shifts.
