Permanent Resident Doctor

MM Care Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Permanent Resident Doctor (Person-in-Charge / PIC) to join our growing healthcare team in Johor, Malaysia. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive medical consultations, diagnosis, and treatment for patients in a primary care setting.
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based healthcare while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
Oversee daily clinical operations and fulfill responsibilities as the clinic’s Person-in-Charge (PIC).
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and professional standards.
Educate patients on disease prevention, treatment plans, and healthy lifestyle practices.
Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure efficient clinic operations and outstanding patient care.

Requirements
Registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
Possess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
Passionate about General Practice and community healthcare.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
Committed to delivering compassionate and patient-centered care.
