Clinic Nurse/Medical Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Clinic Nurse/Medical Assistant to join O2 Klinik Sdn Bhd and support our medical team in delivering high-quality patient care.

Duties and Responsibilities: –

-Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with clinic protocols and operational standards.
-Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and medical procedures.
-Perform nursing and clinical tasks independently following established guidelines and checklists.
-Administer medications and injections safely and accurately as prescribed.
-Dispense medications while ensuring proper dosage, labeling, and patient understanding.
-Manage patient registration, appointment flow, and update waiting times efficiently.
-Handle incoming calls and patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
-Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels of medical supplies and medications.
-Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the clinic environment at all times.
-Support clinic events, health programs, and outreach activities when required.
-Collaborate with team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
-Work on rotational shifts as per duty roster.
-Perform other administrative and clinical duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements: –

-Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred.
-Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with valid certification preferred.
-Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification required.
-Diploma or Degree in Nursing or Medical Assisting from a recognized institution.
-Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or similar healthcare setting is an advantage.
-Strong knowledge of patient care practices and clinical procedures.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-Professional, ethical, and patient-focused attitude.
-Possess own transportation and willing to work rotational shifts.
