Clinic Assistant Manager / Manager

Join our dynamic healthcare team and take on a leadership role at our clinic! We are seeking qualified individuals with a nursing degree or diploma, a valid APC, and significant experience in hospital or clinic settings.

Operational Duties:

• Provide leadership and supervision to the daily operation of clinic services.
• Establish the standard and competencies of nurses and clinic assistants to provide quality patient centric services to patients. It is achieved by: –
• Attending to customer complaints promptly
• Timely review and improvement of service quality
• Routine assessment, training and education of staff competencies
• Timely report of incidents, planning and execution improvement plans.
• Adhere to the relevant health and safety regulation to ensure health and safety of staff and customers.
• Strengthening and enhancing staff engagement level for retention of quality staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

Administrative Duties:

• To handle Roster Scheduling of clinic staff and ensure sufficient manpower in accordance with operation need.
• To ensure accuracy in payment collection, panel claim submission, medication prescription as per doctor’s order.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Nursing
• Valid APC
• 5 years working experience in hospital/ clinic setting, with minimum 2 years in leadership / supervisory role.
• Sound clinical knowledge with basic business & financial acumen.
