PMG Healthcare Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner (GP) to join our healthcare team in Parkcity, Bintulu, Sarawak. As a primary care physician, you will provide comprehensive medical services, diagnose and manage a wide range of health conditions, and deliver patient-centred care to individuals and families. Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, including medical history reviews and physical examinations.
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions using evidence-based clinical practices.
Prescribe medications and develop personalized treatment and follow-up plans.
Provide preventive healthcare services, including health screenings, vaccinations, and lifestyle counselling.
Refer patients to specialists or secondary healthcare providers when appropriate and coordinate ongoing patient care.
Monitor patient progress through follow-up consultations and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
Participate in community health education and public health promotion initiatives.
Stay up to date with current medical guidelines through continuous professional development.
Collaborate effectively with nurses, administrative staff, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Uphold the highest standards of medical ethics, professionalism, and patient safety.
Requirements
MBBS, MD, or an equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
Valid registration with the Malaysia Medical Council (MMC) and a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
Minimum 3 years of experience in general practice or a primary healthcare setting.
Strong clinical knowledge and excellent diagnostic and patient management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centred approach.
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical documentation.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Knowledge of occupational health and minor medical procedures is an added advantage.
Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
