Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities may include:

Assisting with pharmacy-related administrative and operational tasks (for Pharmacy Assistant roles)
Supporting front desk operations, patient inquiries, and appointment coordination
Ensuring accurate documentation, data entry, and patient information handling
Collaborating with healthcare professionals and internal teams to maintain efficient workflow
Delivering excellent communication and support to enhance patient satisfaction

Requirements & Qualifications
We are looking for motivated candidates with the following qualifications:
Minimum Diploma qualification in a related field
Preferably 1–2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, hospital, or clinic environments
Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is an added advantage
Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented personality with excellent communication skills
Basic computer literacy and ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
Willingness to work shift schedules as required by hospital operations
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment
