Clinic Manager

Klinik Pergigian Smile Hub is looking for a dedicated and proactive Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our modern dental clinic in Kuala Lumpur. Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the clinic’s daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Lead, supervise, and support the clinic team while fostering a positive work environment.
Coordinate appointment scheduling and optimize patient flow.
Handle patient enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Monitor clinic performance, inventory, and administrative processes.
Ensure compliance with clinic policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
Collaborate with dentists and support staff to maintain exceptional patient care.
Assist in resolving patient concerns professionally and promptly.

Requirements
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Disciplined, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and building a long-term career.
Previous experience in clinic, healthcare, or customer service management is preferred.
