Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and provide patient counseling as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and adjust medication therapy plans.
- Perform medication reviews and provide recommendations to optimize patient outcomes.
- Monitor and manage inventory to ensure adequate stock of pharmaceuticals.
- Oversee the compounding and preparation of specialized medications.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on medication use and potential side effects.
- Participate in pharmacy quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid license as a Pharmacist in the Philippines.
- Previous experience as a Clinical Pharmacist is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, and dosage regimens.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Commitment to patient safety and medication management.
