Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team and deliver exceptional patient-centered care. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive direct and indirect nursing care within the assigned clinical area, ensuring patients receive safe, effective, and compassionate treatment throughout their healthcare journey.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality direct and indirect nursing care to patients in accordance with established healthcare standards and protocols.
Conduct patient assessments to identify nursing care needs and develop individualized care plans.
Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Facilitate patient admissions, transfers, and discharge processes efficiently and professionally.
Monitor, record, and report patient conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments or medications.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments while accurately documenting patient responses.
Assist physicians during patient examinations, diagnostic tests, and therapeutic procedures.
Perform nursing procedures such as catheterization, irrigation, IV therapy, enemas, wound care, and other clinical interventions as required.
Observe strict infection prevention and medical asepsis standards to maintain patient safety.
Provide essential bedside care, including hygiene assistance, mobility support, and ensuring proper patient body alignment and comfort.
Address patients’ emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs to promote holistic healing and recovery.
Serve as a liaison between patients, families, physicians, and hospital personnel to ensure clear communication and coordinated care.
Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, therapy, rehabilitation, and preventive health practices.
Ensure proper handling, care, and maintenance of medical equipment and supplies.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and comply with hospital policies, procedures, and patient safety standards.
Mentor and guide newly hired nursing personnel and serve as Head Nurse when delegated.
Attend meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs to enhance clinical competencies.
Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor to support departmental and organizational goals.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a recognized institution.
Must hold a valid PRC Nursing License.
Preferably with prior hospital or clinical nursing experience.
Must possess Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
Completion of IV Therapy Training (IVT) is required.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining professionalism and compassion.
Work Schedule:
8-hour or 12-hour shifting schedule, depending on operational requirements and staffing needs.
