Resident Doctor

Alpro Clinic is looking for a dedicated and patient-focused Resident Doctor to join our healthcare team. This is an excellent opportunity for a medical professional passionate about delivering high-quality, comprehensive primary care and building lasting relationships with patients.

Key Responsibilities
– Provide comprehensive medical consultations and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
– Conduct health screenings, vaccinations, preventive health assessments, and routine medical care.
– Perform minor medical procedures within the scope of primary care.
– Review and interpret laboratory and diagnostic results and develop appropriate treatment plans.
– Build strong, long-term doctor-patient relationships through compassionate and personalized care.
– Educate patients on disease prevention, medication adherence, healthy lifestyles, and overall wellness.
– Maintain accurate and timely patient records through the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
– Collaborate with pharmacists and allied healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
– Support telehealth services, including teleconsultations, blood test reporting, and Electronic Prescription Services (EPS).
– Coordinate specialist referrals and ensure seamless continuity of care.
– Adhere to clinical guidelines, SOPs, ethical standards, and Malaysian healthcare regulations.
– Participate in Continuous Medical Education (CME) and contribute to clinical and service improvement initiatives.
– Support clinic initiatives focused on improving patient experience, quality of care, and operational efficiency.

Requirements
– MBBS or equivalent medical degree recognized by the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
– Valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
– Previous experience in General Practice or Primary Care is preferred.
– Experience in chronic disease management will be an added advantage.
– Strong clinical judgment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Passionate about delivering patient-centered and preventive healthcare.
– Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
– Professional, empathetic, and committed to maintaining high standards of patient care.
