Job Description
-Provide comprehensive consultations and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
-Conduct health screenings, vaccinations, and preventive healthcare services.
-Perform minor medical procedures within the scope of primary care.
-Interpret laboratory and diagnostic results to develop appropriate treatment plans.
-Build long-term doctor-patient relationships and provide continuity of care.
-Educate patients on disease prevention, medication adherence, and healthy lifestyle choices.
-Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
-Work collaboratively with pharmacists and allied healthcare professionals to deliver integrated patient care.
-Support telehealth services, including teleconsultations, blood test reporting, and electronic prescription services (EPS).
-Coordinate referrals to specialists and ensure smooth continuity of care.
-Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
-Participate in Continuous Medical Education (CME) and contribute to service improvements.
-Support clinic initiatives that enhance patient experience, operational efficiency, and quality of care.
