Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Staff Nurse to support clinical operations and deliver high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will assist in patient assessment, clinical procedures, and ensure adherence to healthcare standards and protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Perform triage and basic patient assessments
Assist doctors during consultations and medical procedures
Carry out nursing procedures and administer medications safely
Maintain infection control, sterilization, and proper clinical waste management
Ensure accurate patient documentation and manage consumable stock
Support day-to-day clinic operations in compliance with SOPs and regulations
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Nursing (recognized by LJM – Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia)
Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (clinic or hospital setting)
Skilled in phlebotomy, injections, and basic wound care
Strong communication and patient care skills
Basic computer knowledge for documentation
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Work Schedule
45 hours per week
Rotational shifts:
AM: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
PM: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
