Practice Nurse

ZIP-ZIP HOLDINGS SDN. BHD. (REMEDIC Clinics) is looking for compassionate, skilled, and patient-focused Staff Nurses to join our growing healthcare team. Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, triage, and ongoing monitoring.
Provide wound care, medication administration, injections, and immunization services.
Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and medical procedures.
Support the management of patients with chronic diseases and implement individualized care plans.
Perform health assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Prepare, sterilize, and maintain medical equipment in accordance with infection control standards.
Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive healthcare, and healthy lifestyle practices.
Collaborate effectively with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Maintain compliance with clinical policies, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.

Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
Experience in chronic disease management, immunization, and wound care.
Knowledge of fracture and plaster management is an advantage.
Experience in patient triage and urgent care is preferred.
Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) or medical practice management systems.
Previous experience in a General Practice, Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Department is an added advantage.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Compassionate, proactive, and committed to delivering patient-centred care.
Willing to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
