Clinic Assistant

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and patient-focused Clinic Assistant to join our team at Klinik Remedic Nibong Tebal. The successful candidate will support the clinical team in providing excellent patient care while ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome, register, and assist patients while managing patient flow and enquiries.
Support doctors and clinicians during patient consultations, examinations, and treatments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical documentation.
Prepare consultation and treatment rooms and ensure medical supplies are adequately stocked.
Perform basic clinical duties, including taking vital signs and assisting with injections.
Handle incoming calls and coordinate patient appointments.
Provide professional and courteous customer service to patients.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.
Follow clinic procedures, safety standards, and healthcare protocols.
Requirements
Senior Clinic Assistant: Certificate/Diploma in Healthcare, Nursing, or a related field.
Clinic Assistant: Minimum SPM/STPM qualification.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Computer literate and comfortable using basic computer systems.
Clinical or healthcare experience will be an added advantage.
