We are currently seeking a passionate, dedicated, and highly motivated Medical Officer – Outreach Team to join our expanding medical team. This role is ideal for a dynamic healthcare professional who enjoys community engagement, outreach-based healthcare services, and providing compassionate patient care beyond traditional clinical settings.
Job Overview
As a Medical Officer – Outreach Team, you will play a key role in delivering accessible healthcare services to communities through outreach programs, mobile healthcare initiatives, and patient-centered medical support. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality treatment, health education, and preventive healthcare services are delivered efficiently and professionally.
This role requires a proactive medical professional with strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a willingness to travel to various locations to support healthcare outreach activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality medical consultations, assessments, and treatments during healthcare outreach activities
Provide professional medical care while maintaining patient safety, confidentiality, and ethical standards
Participate in community healthcare initiatives, awareness campaigns, and preventive health programs
Conduct patient evaluations and recommend appropriate treatment or referrals when necessary
Collaborate with healthcare teams and operational staff to ensure smooth execution of outreach programs
Maintain accurate medical records, documentation, and compliance with healthcare regulations
Build strong relationships with patients and communities by delivering compassionate and patient-centered care
Travel to assigned outreach locations as required to support medical programs and services
Requirements & Qualifications
Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) and Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) Registration
Male candidates only (as specified by the employer)
Willingness and flexibility to travel for outreach assignments
Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient engagement skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Passion for community healthcare, medical outreach, and improving patient access to healthcare services
High level of professionalism, compassion, and commitment to patient care
