Key Responsibilities
As part of the Onehealth Clinic team, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth daily clinic operations and an excellent patient experience. Your responsibilities may include:

Warmly welcoming patients and creating a professional, friendly, and caring first impression
Managing patient registration, medical records, and ensuring accurate documentation and data entry
Assisting with billing processes, payment collection, and general administrative duties
Providing operational support to doctors and healthcare staff to ensure efficient clinic workflow
Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment at all times
Coordinating schedules, internal communication, and daily operational workflow
Overseeing clinic efficiency, staff coordination, and patient satisfaction for Clinic Manager roles

Requirements & Qualifications:
We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about healthcare and patient service. Ideal candidates should possess:

Previous experience in healthcare, clinics, medical administration, or customer service environments (preferred but not mandatory)
A friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational abilities with strong attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
The ability to remain calm, composed, and professional in a fast-paced environment
Leadership, team coordination, and operational management experience for Clinic Manager applicants will be an added advantage
