Medical Officer
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Officer to deliver exceptional patient care while leading clinical and screening operations. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive medical consultations, diagnosis, and treatment plans
Lead and manage clinical and health screening teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
Oversee diagnostic and screening processes for accuracy and efficiency
Develop and enhance clinical protocols and operational procedures
Mentor and supervise junior doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff
Ensure compliance with infection control, SOPs, and healthcare regulations
Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve patient outcomes and clinic operations
Stay updated with latest medical advancements and technologies
Provide leadership in complex or high-pressure clinical cases
Requirements & Qualifications
Registered with the Malaysian Medical Council with a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
Completion of KKM compulsory service
Experience in private practice settings preferred
Strong background in patient care and infection control
Proficient in Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking patients)
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and in a fast-paced environment
