Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated, patient-focused, and highly motivated Medical Doctor / Clinical Lead to join our healthcare team in Kepong, Malaysia. This role is ideal for a qualified healthcare professional who is passionate about delivering quality medical care, leading clinical teams, and maintaining high standards of patient safety and operational excellence.

As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, overseeing diagnostic and screening processes, and ensuring the highest level of healthcare service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Providing comprehensive medical care to patients, including consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and care plan management
Leading and supervising clinical and screening teams to ensure adherence to medical protocols, quality standards, and operational efficiency
Overseeing patient care and diagnostic screening processes to maintain accuracy, reliability, and exceptional service quality
Developing, implementing, and continuously improving clinical procedures and screening workflows
Training, mentoring, and guiding junior doctors, nurses, and screening staff to support professional growth and team performance
Collaborating closely with healthcare administrators and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and clinic operations
Monitoring and improving healthcare service quality through regular evaluation and process enhancement
Staying updated with the latest medical advancements, diagnostic technologies, and best clinical practices to improve patient outcomes
Managing administrative responsibilities, including medical reporting, documentation, and maintaining accurate patient records
Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, patient confidentiality, and data protection policies
Providing leadership and sound clinical judgment in high-pressure or complex medical situations

Requirements & Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
Registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) with a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
Successfully completed KKM compulsory service
Prior experience in private healthcare practice is preferred
Willing and able to work shift schedules, weekends, and adapt to a private practice environment
Must be willing to work in the Kepong area
Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking patients
Strong clinical expertise, leadership abilities, and patient-centered communication skills
Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities
