CLINIC ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients with professionalism, warmth, and empathy.
Prepare and verify patient medical records and relevant documentation before clinic sessions.
Support consultants during both invasive and non-invasive procedures while maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.
Guide patients through the clinic journey, including registration, consultation, treatment, and medication collection.
Coordinate patient appointments and ensure follow-up visits are scheduled appropriately.
Manage incoming telephone enquiries and direct calls to consultants when required.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of consultation rooms, procedure rooms, and medical equipment.
Ensure all procedures, consumables, and services are accurately recorded and billed.
Monitor inventory levels and replenish medical supplies and consumables to support uninterrupted clinic operations.
Assist with medication preparation under the supervision of a State Registered Nurse.
Maintain accurate filing, storage, and secure handling of patient medical records.
Adhere to clinic policies, organizational procedures, and established communication channels.
Participate in company-approved training programs, seminars, roadshows, and professional development activities.
Provide administrative and operational support for internal and external enquiries when required.

Requirements
Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written) is required.
Additional language proficiency, particularly Mandarin, is an advantage for supporting a diverse patient population.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Well-organized with the ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment.
Basic computer and administrative skills.
Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting (minimum 1 year) is an added advantage, though motivated fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
