Job Description

We Hope Medical Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Clinic Manager to lead the operations of our San Mateo Branch in Rizal. As Clinic Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of the clinic, ensuring efficient operations, regulatory compliance, financial sustainability, and the continuous delivery of high-quality healthcare services. You will be instrumental in building high-performing teams and supporting the organization’s mission of making quality healthcare more accessible to the communities we serve.

Location: San Mateo, Rizal, Philippines

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all aspects of daily clinic operations to ensure seamless workflows and an exceptional patient experience.
Manage and develop clinic personnel through effective recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, performance management, and staff engagement initiatives.
Monitor and analyze branch performance, including budgeting, expense management, revenue generation, and overall profitability.
Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, organizational policies, and quality assurance requirements.
Implement and maintain clinical governance practices, patient safety initiatives, and infection prevention and control protocols.
Collaborate closely with healthcare providers and support teams to optimize patient flow, improve efficiency, and enhance service delivery.
Develop and execute community outreach and marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and increase patient acquisition.
Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, financial outcomes, and key patient service indicators to senior leadership.
Foster strong relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, business partners, and community stakeholders to support the clinic’s growth and reputation.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies that promote operational excellence and continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or any related field. Additional qualifications in healthcare administration are an advantage.
A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is acceptable for this role.
Minimum 2 years of healthcare management experience in a clinic, medical center, hospital, or other healthcare facility.
Previous experience managing operations within a primary care, multispecialty clinic, or healthcare setting is highly preferred.
Demonstrated success in managing clinic operations, leading teams, and achieving operational and financial objectives.
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management capabilities with strong attention to detail.
Solid understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and quality standards within the Philippine healthcare system.
Proficiency in clinic management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both clinical and non-clinical teams.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and make sound decisions under pressure.
Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical examination.
