Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Representative / Territory Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving territory sales growth, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and executing promotional strategies to achieve business objectives. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned monthly and year-to-date sales targets within the designated territory.
Conduct regular and high-quality customer visits based on agreed call frequency and customer classification.
Promote products effectively through strong selling techniques and in-depth product knowledge.
Build and maintain professional relationships with Doctors, Allied Medical Professionals, and key stakeholders.
Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining existing customer accounts.
Organize daily activities efficiently and complete all required administrative tasks and reports on time.
Ensure proper handling and safeguarding of company assets in compliance with company policies.
Follow company work ethics, professional conduct, and operational guidelines at all times.
Practice safe and defensive driving and report incidents involving company vehicles when required.
Perform additional responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, promotion, or medical/pharmaceutical field sales.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ethical, professional, and customer-service oriented.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Willing to travel and be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.
Computer literate with good reporting and documentation skills.
Comfortable working in field-based environments, including long travel and waiting hours when required.
