Clinic Manager

We Hope Medical Group is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Clinic Administrator / Healthcare Operations Executive to manage and optimize daily clinic operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient service delivery, high standards of patient care, and effective team coordination within the facility.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
Supervise and support clinic staff, fostering a productive and professional work environment
Manage patient services, scheduling, and front-desk coordination to enhance patient experience
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, internal policies, and quality standards
Handle administrative functions, reporting, and documentation processes
Coordinate billing, insurance processing, and PhilHealth requirements where applicable
Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements
Facilitate effective communication between medical professionals, staff, and management
Ensure optimal utilization of clinic resources, supplies, and equipment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field
2–3 years of experience in clinic or healthcare facility management
Strong knowledge of clinic operations, staff supervision, and patient service management
Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory standards
Experience in PhilHealth processes is an advantage
