Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Clinic Operations Manager to lead the overall operations of our healthcare facility. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, delivering outstanding patient experiences, driving business growth, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, financial acumen, and a passion for improving healthcare services while leading multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
Clinic Operations
Lead the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient, safe, and patient-centered healthcare delivery.
Oversee the performance of all clinical and support departments, including Laboratory, Radiology, Cardiology, Primary Care, Vaccination, Home Services, and Corporate Healthcare.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and workflows.
Ensure compliance with Department of Health (DOH) regulations, HMO requirements, accreditation standards, and healthcare best practices.
Monitor patient satisfaction and resolve service concerns to enhance the overall patient experience.
Prepare operational reports, monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and recommend process improvements.
Oversee facility management, equipment maintenance, inventory control, and vendor coordination.
Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve operational efficiency.
Financial & Business Performance
Monitor clinic revenue, expenses, and overall Profit & Loss (P&L) performance.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, patient volume, and profitability.
Support annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and pricing initiatives.
Analyze revenue trends and identify opportunities to achieve business growth targets.
Ensure accurate billing processes, HMO utilization, and effective revenue cycle management.
Business Development & Corporate Relations
Identify opportunities to expand healthcare services and strengthen market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HMOs, corporate clients, physicians, and strategic partners.
Lead corporate account acquisition, Annual Physical Examination (APE), Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME), and community outreach initiatives.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and business growth strategies.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to enhance service offerings and maintain competitiveness.
People Leadership
Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
Coach, mentor, and develop department heads and clinic staff to achieve high performance.
Conduct performance evaluations and implement learning and development plans.
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and patient-focused workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with company policies and support employee performance management when necessary.
Quality, Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure clinic readiness for DOH inspections, audits, and accreditation activities.
Monitor quality indicators and lead continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Oversee infection prevention, occupational health and safety, and enterprise risk management programs.
Ensure confidentiality of patient information and compliance with applicable healthcare laws and data privacy regulations.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in clinic, diagnostic center, hospital, or healthcare operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven experience managing multi-department healthcare operations.
Strong understanding of DOH regulations, HMO operations, healthcare accreditation, and quality management systems.
Experience in financial management, budgeting, revenue monitoring, and Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis.
Experience in business development, corporate partnerships, and account management is an advantage.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and healthcare information systems.
