Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and highly skilled Medical Doctor to join our growing healthcare team in Kluang. Key Responsibilities
Comprehensive Patient Care & Clinical Management
Conduct thorough patient consultations, comprehensive health assessments, and accurate diagnoses for acute and chronic medical conditions.
Develop individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based medical care to optimize patient health outcomes.
Monitor and manage chronic diseases while ensuring continuity of care through long-term doctor-patient relationships in compliance with NOLWA policy.
Preventive Healthcare & Patient Education
Deliver preventive healthcare services, including health screenings, vaccinations, and wellness assessments.
Educate patients on disease prevention, medication adherence, healthy lifestyle habits, and chronic disease management.
Advocate proactive healthcare practices to improve overall patient well-being and long-term health outcomes.
Clinical Procedures & Diagnostic Interpretation
Perform minor medical procedures within the scope of primary and general medical practice.
Interpret laboratory findings, diagnostic imaging reports, and other medical investigations to formulate effective treatment strategies.
Ensure timely and appropriate referrals to specialists or secondary and tertiary healthcare facilities when necessary.
Medical Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate, complete, and timely medical records within the clinic’s Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Ensure strict adherence to medical protocols, treatment guidelines, clinical governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies, and service quality standards to maintain clinical excellence.
Integrated & Digital Healthcare Services
Collaborate closely with pharmacists and allied healthcare professionals to deliver holistic and integrated patient care.
Support and engage in telehealth initiatives, including teleconsultation services, blood test reporting, remote patient management, and Electronic Prescription Services (EPS) to enhance healthcare accessibility.
Continuous Improvement & Professional Development
Participate actively in Continuous Medical Education (CME) programs, training, and professional development initiatives both internally and externally.
Contribute ideas to improve clinical workflows, operational efficiency, and overall patient experience.
Support clinic performance objectives related to patient satisfaction, service excellence, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
Additional Responsibilities
Participate in company events, new healthcare initiatives, and strategic projects aligned with organizational goals.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support the clinic’s continuous growth and healthcare excellence.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent qualification recognized by the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
Prior experience in general practice or primary healthcare settings is preferred.
Experience in chronic disease management will be highly advantageous.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, interpersonal, and patient engagement skills.
