Accenture Philippines is seeking skilled professionals to join our team as an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Service Desk Specialist. This role involves providing both technical and clinical support for EMR systems, ensuring seamless operations and enhanced user experience across healthcare workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical and clinical support for Epic systems, including EpicCare, Radiant, and Willow
Troubleshoot system issues and assist end-users with navigation, documentation, and reporting
Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize workflows and improve system efficiency
Deliver user training and ongoing guidance on EMR functionalities
Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets and hotline queries effectively
Assign and monitor tickets within the offshore support team
Prepare and present weekly performance and service reports
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (mandatory)
Minimum 2 years of experience in Healthcare Management or related domain
Open to candidates from Nursing, Allied Health, IT, or Business backgrounds with healthcare experience
Required Skills
Strong understanding of Healthcare Management and EMR systems
Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies
Experience in database management and data integration
Basic programming knowledge relevant to healthcare systems
