Dental Nurse

GAOC is looking for dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurses to join its growing dental team. This role is ideal for healthcare professionals who are passionate about patient care, teamwork, and developing their skills in a world-class dental environment. Key Responsibilities
Assist dentists during dental procedures and treatments.
Prepare the treatment room, instruments, equipment, and materials before procedures.
Ensure all dental instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and ready for use.
Provide chairside assistance, including operating suction equipment during procedures.
Prepare and handle dental materials according to the dentist’s instructions.
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.
Provide reassurance and support to patients before, during, and after treatment.
Build positive relationships with dentists, patients, and other clinic team members.
Assist with patient records, clinical documentation, and treatment-related requirements.
Support inventory and stock monitoring of dental materials and supplies.
Assist with clinical imaging procedures such as photographs, radiographs, OPG, or CT scans when required and appropriately trained.
Follow GAOC’s clinical protocols, infection-control procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements
Graduate of a 4-year medical or healthcare-related course; BS Nursing is preferred.
Nursing or relevant healthcare experience is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clinical instructions and protocols.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant, professional, and patient-friendly personality.
Able to remain calm and attentive when assisting patients who may be anxious or uncomfortable.
Willingness to learn and develop clinical skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary dental team.
