Job Description
FortMED Medical Clinics Makati, Inc. is looking for a dedicated and proactive Company Nurse to join our healthcare team. This role is responsible for overseeing occupational health services, promoting employee health and wellness, and ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of occupational health services.
Provide first aid, nursing care, and health assessments for employees as needed.
Monitor employees’ health status and maintain accurate medical records.
Coordinate pre-employment, annual, and return-to-work medical examinations.
Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Recommend and implement initiatives to improve workplace health, safety, and wellness.
Collaborate with management and healthcare providers to support employee well-being and regulatory compliance.
Prepare reports and maintain documentation related to occupational health programs.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse with a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license.
Experience in occupational health, company nursing, or clinical nursing is an advantage.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in maintaining medical records and preparing reports.
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
