AVEGA, under Asalus Corporation (IntelliCare), is urgently seeking a highly organized, patient-focused, and detail-oriented ECU Specialist (Executive Check-Up Specialist) to join our healthcare operations team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, efficient, and hassle-free Executive Check-Up (ECU) experience for clients by coordinating medical procedures, scheduling diagnostic tests, and facilitating seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers.
As an ECU Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient service by ensuring all requested examinations, laboratory procedures, and medical requirements are completed accurately and on schedule. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment and are passionate about patient coordination, healthcare administration, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and facilitate Executive Check-Up (ECU) procedures for clients to ensure a smooth and efficient healthcare experience.
Liaise with hospitals, diagnostic facilities, and healthcare professionals to ensure all requested medical tests and procedures are completed as scheduled.
Monitor and track ECU appointments, laboratory requests, diagnostic procedures, and medical clearances to ensure timely completion.
Provide exceptional client assistance by addressing concerns, answering inquiries, and guiding patients throughout the check-up process.
Maintain accurate medical documentation, scheduling records, and patient coordination activities.
Ensure strict confidentiality and secure handling of patient medical information in compliance with healthcare standards and privacy policies.
Coordinate effectively with healthcare providers and internal teams to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Support healthcare administration activities and perform additional related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any medical-related course; healthcare-related educational background is an advantage.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Computer literate with proficiency in handling administrative and healthcare-related systems.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and planning abilities.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, particularly concerning sensitive patient information.
Adaptable, dependable, and capable of working effectively in a dynamic healthcare environment.
