Job Description

Primacare is seeking a highly motivated and patient-oriented Dental Assistant to support the delivery of quality dental care and ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the dental clinic. The ideal candidate will work closely with dentists and patients, assist with clinical and administrative functions, maintain accurate records, and contribute to creating a positive and professional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Patient Support
Assist dentists during various dental procedures while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Prepare treatment areas and ensure the availability of necessary instruments, materials, and supplies before each procedure.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and assisting them throughout their clinic visit.
Appointment & Records Management
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently to optimize clinic workflow.
Maintain accurate and organized patient records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with clinic policies.
Update and prepare daily and monthly reports related to clinic operations and patient activities.
Inventory & Administrative Support
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the ordering of dental supplies and materials to ensure uninterrupted clinic operations.
Support the day-to-day administrative functions of the dental office.
Utilize computer applications for documentation, communication, and reporting purposes.

Qualifications
At least High School Graduate.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Clinic Assistant or Dental Assistant.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build positive relationships with patients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of dental clinic procedures, workflows, and best practices is preferred.
Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and email platforms.
Possesses a professional demeanor, positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills.
