We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Aesthetic Nurse / Professional Laser Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to build expertise in aesthetic laser treatments, thrive in a structured and fast-paced environment, and are committed to delivering outstanding client experiences.

As an Aesthetic Nurse, you will do more than simply operate laser equipment—you will become a trusted skincare professional, helping clients achieve visible, long-term results through personalized treatments and expert guidance. You will continuously enhance your clinical and technical expertise while building meaningful relationships with clients based on trust, professionalism, and care.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform laser and aesthetic treatments with exceptional precision, safety, and attention to detail.
Conduct professional client consultations to assess skin concerns, explain procedures, and recommend personalized treatment plans.
Build strong and lasting relationships with clients by delivering consistent, high-quality service and visible treatment outcomes.
Educate clients on treatment expectations, aftercare, skincare practices, and long-term maintenance for optimal results.
Continuously learn, train, and improve technical expertise in laser technology, aesthetic procedures, and skincare science.
Recommend treatments and services that genuinely align with clients’ goals, needs, and skin health requirements.
Maintain strict compliance with clinical protocols, hygiene standards, and safety procedures during all treatments.
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming, professional, and client-focused environment.
Uphold the highest standards of service excellence, professionalism, and ethical aesthetic practice.

Qualifications:
Graduate of Nursing or any Medical-Allied course.
Strong passion for aesthetic medicine, skincare science, and laser technology.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering treatments correctly, safely, and professionally.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Coachable, proactive, and eager to continuously improve technical skills and professional knowledge.
Customer-focused mindset with dedication to delivering exceptional treatment experiences and results.
Previous experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or laser treatments is an advantage but not required.
