Staff Nurse

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurses to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality patient care. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering patient-centered care within our healthcare facility. You will work alongside a team of experienced healthcare professionals, and your responsibilities will include providing nursing care, monitoring patient conditions, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with treatments.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and their families about medical conditions and treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
• Respond to emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized patient care environment.
• Foster a compassionate and supportive atmosphere for patients and their families.

Qualifications:

• Candidates with or without prior nursing experience are welcome to apply.
• Preferably holds certifications in any of the following: First Aid Training, Basic Life Support Training, or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support.
• A degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Philippines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new healthcare technologies and practices.
