Job Description

We Hope Medical Group is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Chemotherapy Center in Caloocan. In this full-time role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to oncology patients by ensuring the safe administration of chemotherapy, monitoring patient conditions, delivering education, and supporting patients throughout their treatment journey. Key Responsibilities
Safely prepare and administer chemotherapy and supportive medications according to physician orders and established protocols.
Monitor patients before, during, and after chemotherapy treatment, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Recognize, respond to, and document adverse reactions or medical emergencies promptly.
Educate patients and their families on chemotherapy procedures, potential side effects, home care, and follow-up treatment.
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation, patient records, and treatment reports.
Follow infection prevention, occupational health, and cytotoxic medication handling protocols at all times.
Assist physicians with patient assessments, clinical procedures, and treatment planning.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver comprehensive and compassionate oncology care.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).
Valid Philippine Registered Nurse (PRC) License.
Clinical or hospital nursing experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of patient care, IV insertion, medication administration, and basic clinical procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
Must currently reside in or be willing to work in Caloocan.
